Fisher Construction Group has completed agreements to acquire the assets of All Surface Roofing & Waterproofing of Spokane. The new division will be called Fisher Roofing Services. All Surface’s parent company of Santa Ana, CA is not part of the acquisition, and will continue operating as a separate company.

Fisher Roofing Services is led by Darrell Kidwell, a roofing professional with 20 years of experience. The new Fisher division will perform a full range of commercial roofing services which includes installation all types of roofs along with maintenance, warranty and emergency repair. Fisher Roofing Services will operate out of their current offices on N. Florida Street and will move into Fisher Construction Group’s Spokane office near the airport within the year.
