Job Summary

Fisher Construction Group is a leading design/build general contracting firm headquartered in the Pacific Northwest and is one of the largest builders of the food processing and cold storage industries in the U.S..

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the budget, timeline, and scope. The Civil Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure that all objectives are met, and that work is completed according to plan and specifications. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities in estimating project costs and procuring necessary resources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop project estimates and proposals based on scope and requirements.
  • Procure necessary materials, subcontractors, and equipment for project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience (e.g., 5 – 10 years) as a Civil Project Manager or Sr. Civil Project Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Viewpoint Team, ACC Build or Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Earthworks Software, Trimble/Viewpoint/Vista) and MS Office.
  • Experience with HCSS estimating software and techniques.
  • This position typically operates in an office environment but may require visits to construction sites.

Compensation & Benefits

Fisher Construction Group provides a highly competitive wage and benefits package. Depending on experience, employment offers will range between $119,000 to $135,000 annually, with a potential annual performance bonus up to $25,000.
