AgReserves – Treasure Valley Farms was ready to transformation of an old, outdated pre-engineered building to a new, state-of-the-art process and packing facility. The project began with careful demolition, clearing the way for the new structure while ensuring the footprint remained unchanged. As steel beams rose and walls took shape, the vision started to become reality.

AgReserves – Treasure Valley Farms’ commitment to both technology and people is reflected throughout the entirety of the project.

The 3,000 SF office and employee welfare space was designed to provide a comfortable and productive environment for their workers. While at the heart of the facility lay a sophisticated automated processing system, capable of handling every step—truck unloading, topping, sizing, grading, and packaging—with minimal human intervention.

The integration of Modesta Dust Collection, Symach Palletizing, and Eqraft Grading Equipment ensured maintaining a clean work environment, seamless operations, reducing waste and maximizing output. Two dock positions and two truck unloading bays were strategically placed to facilitate swift and efficient logistics.

Fisher worked hand in hand with the owner’s equipment vendors from the earliest stages, ensuring every component of the facility functioned in harmony. The result was a marvel of engineering and planning: a facility that not only reduced the required workforce by more than 50% but also more than doubled throughput capacity compared to the previous operation.

As the final pieces of equipment were installed and tested, the once-dated shed had been reborn into a high-tech, automated powerhouse, setting a new industry standard for efficiency and productivity.
